Please contact me for current timetable to join my yoga classes.

All yoga sessions are held in English at a duration of 1 hour. Please be ready on your mat with any props you may need on hand about 5 minutes before the session begins so that we can comfortably start on time.

The hatha yoga classes are somewhat slow-paced sequences of meditation, pranayama (breath control) and postures designed to naturally open and energise the body and mind. Each session will guide you through mindful movements, helping you develop greater body awareness and mental clarity.

The yin yoga classes are restorative and meditative with a focus on long-held, passive postures to stretch and target the deeper connective tissues of the body along with stillness and patience to allow the body to open up gradually and release tension on a deeper level and the mind to find stillness.

All yoga sessions are guided with adjustments and options so that everyone can participate at their own level.
